Labeling Policy:

All labels in the museum are to be in English and Czech in the same font size. The label should be a clear and concise explanation of the item with simple declarative sentences and as short as possible. Each label shall have the catalog number of the item and the name of the donor. Labels will be in black on white background unless otherwise necessary or prudent for an exhibit, in a clear and plain typeface that is the same as our logo typeface or esthetically related to it.

Glossary

All the people involved in the museum project will necessarily have to learn the industry terms and jargon that are used to refer to museum operations and collections. This will ensure that we are all talking about the same thing and that we will be able to effectively communicate with other museums about what we are doing and so that we will present a professional face to our family of supporters. A glossary will be made up as we move along.
